Since our establishment in 2023, our goal has been to provide the most excellent care possible. Hammond Group was founded first and foremost, to approach care with a true heart and secondly, to offer “miraculous outcomes” through a refined, person-centered approach “Rebuilders” built over two decades worth in the building up of individuals, families and leaders across the world. Our work has two branches: Crisis care centered around the stabilization of the family, and Mentorship focused on the building or rebuilding of the family.

Hammond Group’s love for families began in our founders work as a head pastor. Through the focused service and support of families, from Indonesia to Minnesota; Jamey witnessed the power of listening to people. An open ear remains the foundation of all our work, which continues to enlighten our strategies and methods based on what each unique family system needs.

Although we’ve been advised to “tread lightly” regarding our pursuit of “miraculous outcomes", we are not shy to admit that we approach every situation with the same gumption. We refuse to be afraid of hope. While we recognize the real danger in false hope, our work at Hammond Group often involves rebuilding hope before we rebuild anything else.
